WizBang SalesForce terms

These terms are between you and Wizbang Sites when you join the WizBang SalesForce. They’re written to be read. If something isn’t clear, reply to any email from us and ask.

Joining

• The SalesForce is by application. You must be 18 or older, live in the United States, and be able to receive payouts through Stripe.
• We read every application and decide who joins. Being approved once doesn’t guarantee you stay a member.
• You’re an independent contractor, not an employee, partner or agent of Wizbang Sites. You set your own hours and pay your own expenses and taxes. You can’t sign agreements or make promises for us.

What you earn

• A customer is yours when they sign up through your link or with your code. Your link is remembered on their device for 90 days. If more than one link is used, the last one before signup counts.
• You earn 20% of each payment your customers make for their Wizbang site, not counting tax, every month for as long as they pay and you’re a member in good standing.
• Each payment is held for 30 days. A payment that’s refunded or disputed during that time earns nothing.
• Earnings past their hold are paid on the 1st of each month (or within the first week) to the bank you set up through Stripe, once you have at least $25 ready. Smaller amounts carry over.
• Free months, discounts and credits reduce what the customer pays, so they reduce your share the same way.
• Stripe collects your tax details when you set up payouts. We send tax forms where the law requires them.

What doesn’t count

• Sites for yourself, your own business, or anyone sharing your household or bank account.
• Fake, made-up or paid-for signups, or customers who were promised something we don’t offer.
• Customers who already had a Wizbang site, or who signed up before using your link.

How you sell

• Be honest. Quote the prices on our signup page. Don’t promise features, discounts, search rankings or results we don’t offer.
• Say that you’re part of the WizBang SalesForce and earn from signups, especially when you post publicly.
• No spam. No bought or scraped email lists, no bulk email, no robocalls, no mass texts, and follow the laws on calls, texts and email (like CAN-SPAM and the TCPA). Stop contacting anyone who asks.
• Don’t pretend to be Wizbang Sites or say you work for us. Don’t run paid ads on our name, or make websites, accounts or domains that look like ours.
• You may use our name, demo sites, screenshots and the materials in the toolkit to tell people about Wizbang Sites.

Pausing and leaving

• You can leave any time by replying to any email from us. We pay out what you’ve earned up to then, after the usual hold.
• We can pause or end a membership for breaking these terms, or if customers complain about how they were sold to. A paused member keeps earning from existing customers but their link doesn’t take new signups. If you’re removed for fraud or spam, unpaid earnings from the signups involved aren’t paid.
• We may change the percentage, hold time, minimum or these terms. We’ll email you at least 30 days ahead, and changes don’t reach back to money you’ve already earned.

Your information

We keep your application, your contact details and your earnings records to run the SalesForce. Payout and tax details are held by Stripe, not by us. More in our Privacy Policy.
